- Bank transfer: We first issue a proforma invoice with full company details; after payment we send the final commercial invoice (and receipt if needed).
- Included with every shipment: Packing list and tracking. Invoices show HS codes and fabric composition.
- Taxes & duties: VAT/duties are applied according to destination and importer status. Provide a valid VAT/business number for correct invoicing.
