• Invoice type: You’ll receive a commercial/tax invoice that clearly reflects the discount you chose - order-value (single line on the whole order) or meterage (itemised per reference) - plus the agreed shipping rate/terms.
  
• Bank transfer: We first issue a proforma invoice with full company details; after payment we send the final commercial invoice (and receipt if needed).
  
• Included with every shipment: Packing list and tracking. Invoices show HS codes and fabric composition.
