Quick shipping overview (most important)
We ship worldwide from France.
Order preparation: 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
During sales and peak periods, preparation may take up to 14 business days before handover to the carrier.
Shipping cost: depends on destination, delivery method (Box/Roll/Pickup where available) and, for many destinations, parcel weight. The final amount is confirmed at checkout once the delivery address is entered.

1. Where we ship & carriers
We ship worldwide from France and carefully pack your order according to the method you select at checkout. We use reliable carriers and shipping services available for your destination at checkout.
2. Order processing time (handling)
We prepare orders within 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
During sale periods and peak demand, handling may take up to 14 business days before handover to the carrier.
3. Packaging methods (as shown at checkout)
Box: fabrics are folded and shipped in a protective box (cost-efficient; light fold lines are possible).
Roll: fabrics are rolled on a tube and wrapped to minimize creasing (may have higher volumetric weight and cost).
4. Delivery options (when available)
Depending on your destination, we may offer:

Pickup point / locker delivery (e.g., Chronopost / Mondial Relay in France and EU destinations)

5. Shipping terms (Incoterms®)
Unless we explicitly state otherwise on your order confirmation, shipments are supplied under EXW (Ex Works), Incoterms® 2020 with pickup/hand-over at:
Beglarian Fabrics, 144 Allée des Caillotières, 69400 Gleizé, France.
Under EXW, the buyer arranges transport and bears risk/costs from pickup.
Note (EU movements): inside the EU Customs Union there are no customs duties on movements between EU Member States.
Consumer note (EU): nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights; where we offer the carrier to an EU consumer, risk passes on delivery to you (or a person you designate other than the carrier).
6. Customs, import taxes & VAT
You are the importer of record and are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, local taxes (including VAT/GST), and any carrier brokerage/handling fees in your country, unless the law provides otherwise.

European Union: no customs duties on intra-EU movements; VAT is charged per destination rules.

United Kingdom / United States / Canada / Australia / New Zealand / others: duties/taxes vary by destination. Please consult your local customs authority before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Prices and taxes shown at checkout reflect your shipping country and account type per our Terms of Sale.
7. Rates & currencies

Rates are displayed in the currency shown at checkout for your destination and charged in that currency.

Many destinations use weight-based pricing; the exact rate is confirmed at checkout once the address and parcel details are known.

Some destinations (e.g., CIS and China) require payment to the carrier after purchase; in those cases shipping is not charged at checkout.
8. Handover & tracking
We hand over parcels to the carrier after the handling time above.
Tracking is provided when available from the carrier and will be sent to your email.
9. Delivery issues
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and report any loss/damage to the carrier and to info@beglarianfabrics.com.
