We would like to clearly explain our policy regarding fabrics placed in your shopping cart:

• Adding fabric to your cart does not reserve it. To guarantee your fabric purchase, please complete your payment as soon as possible.
• Until your order is placed and payment completed, the fabric remains available to other customers.

If another customer purchases the fabric before you finalize your payment, the fabric may no longer be available for your order.

We recommend completing your checkout promptly to avoid missing out on your selected fabrics.

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive weekly updates via WhatsApp and email. We will inform you in advance about our vacation periods when newsletters might not be sent.

If you stop receiving newsletters unexpectedly or experience issues for more than two weeks, please contact our support team. Your subscription status will be verified and restored if necessary.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting our support directly.

The fabrics we offer are available in limited stock quantities. Once a particular fabric is sold out, we usually cannot restock the exact same item. This is because our fabrics are often unique deadstock items.

In rare cases, certain fabrics may be reordered directly from the manufacturer, but this option comes with significant differences:

• The price of reordering directly from the manufacturer can be 2 to 5 times higher than our original stock price.
• Manufacturers typically require minimum order quantities (MOQ), which can vary from 6-10 meters to 50, 100, or even 500 meters.

Please keep these details in mind when selecting and purchasing fabrics, particularly if you anticipate needing the same fabric again in the future.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. Receiving this email indicates that your order has been accepted and is now being processed.

Important: If you have not received your "Order Confirmation" email within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact our support team immediately to verify your order status and ensure your order has been received correctly.

All orders are subject to availability and final verification. Beglarian Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund if necessary, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Important Notice on VAT and Customs Duties

• All product prices listed in our catalog are exclusive of VAT.
• If you are located in France, a VAT of 20% will be added to your order during checkout.
• For EU customers outside France with a valid VAT number, VAT will not be added at checkout. However, please ensure your VAT information is correctly provided at the time of ordering.
• For customers located outside the European Union, no VAT will be charged by Beglarian Fabrics. However, upon importation, you may be required to pay VAT or import duties according to your local legislation.
• We recommend verifying potential customs duties and taxes with your local customs authority before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

We offer worldwide shipping from France. To optimize shipping costs, fabrics are carefully rolled and packed in protective black export plastic.

We measure the exact weight and dimensions of your shipment and utilize our logistics partner, Upela, to select the most cost-effective shipping method available.

• Delivery Terms:
  All shipments are sent from France on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and charges applicable in your country.

We strongly recommend checking import duties, VAT, and any additional fees with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges or delivery delays.

Please carefully review our policy regarding possible deviations in fabric cut lengths:

• The final length of fabric indicated on your invoice may differ slightly from the originally ordered amount by up to 2 meters.
• Deviations exceeding 2 meters require prior individual agreement between Beglarian Fabrics and the customer.
• The allowed deviation in length can be up to 3% of the ordered cut length.
• Fabrics may occasionally be delivered in two separate pieces; however, the shortest piece will never be less than 3 meters.
• Due to the nature of deadstock fabrics, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order if the fabric is found unavailable or incomplete.

We strive to provide the highest quality fabrics, but due to the nature of deadstock materials, minor defects may occasionally occur. Please carefully read our guidelines regarding acceptable defects:

1. General acceptable imperfections

• Back side only: Minor irregularities on the reverse that do not affect the face appearance or performance.
  
• Selvage/edge: Chips or unevenness within up to 10 cm (4 in) from each edge.
  
• Small flaws: Up to one minor flaw (≤ 5 cm / 2 in) per 10 linear meters (≈ 11 yd).
  

2. Color variations

• Slight shade differences vs. on-screen images or swatches from other lots.
  
• Subtle tonal variation within a single roll, especially in melange effects, complex prints, or natural fibers.
  

3. Yarn & weave characteristics

• Slubs, knots, small loops—natural results of the manufacturing process.
  
• Light pulls/snags that may occur during transport or packing.
  

4. Printing (for printed fabrics)

• Occasional tiny ink specks/dots that do not affect the overall look.
  

5. Dimensional tolerances

• Width: up to ±3 cm (±1.2 in).
  
• Length: up to ±2%.
