Return window & how to start a return
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email info@beglarianfabrics.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if relevant) photos. We’ll reply with approval and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

EU consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off” right for distance purchases; this section is designed to reflect that right. European Union
Item condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, free of odors/marks, with original labels/packaging where reasonably possible. Please pack securely and use a tracked service.
Deadstock fabrics - acceptable imperfections & tolerances
We sell high-quality deadstock fabrics (surplus from production). Due to their nature, minor imperfections can occur. The following are considered acceptable and not eligible as defects:

Color: slight shade variations versus screen images or across a roll (e.g., mélange, complex prints, natural fibers).

Yarns & weaving: natural irregularities (thick/thin places, small knots/loops), minor snags from handling.

Prints: occasional tiny specks/dots of dye/ink that don’t affect overall appearance.

Dimensions: width tolerance ±3 cm; length tolerance ±2%.
If you believe your fabric exceeds these ranges, contact support within 14 days - each case is reviewed individually and we will offer a suitable solution (compensation, exchange, or return) in line with consumer law.
What is eligible for return

Items not as described (e.g., incorrect composition, color far beyond normal tolerance, wrong product).

Items with defects exceeding the acceptable ranges above.

Orders exercising the EU 14-day cooling-off right for eligible goods. European Union
Exceptions / non-returnable items (unless faulty or not as described)

Custom-cut fabric (fabric cut to the customer’s specified length) and other made-to-measure/personalised items. Under EU law these are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

Gift cards.

Items explicitly sold “as is” with disclosed defects (returns not accepted for those disclosed defects; undisclosed/extra defects remain covered).
Note: The 14-day cooling-off right applies to consumers; B2B purchases are not covered by that right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Return shipping costs

If we made an error or the item is defective beyond acceptable tolerances: we cover return shipping (we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable tracked postage).

Change-of-mind / cooling-off returns: the customer covers return shipping, as permitted by EU rules (you must be told this before purchase—this policy serves as notice). European Union
Refunds — timing and what’s included

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval.

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the return. In all cases required by EU law, we will refund no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

For EU 14-day cooling-off returns we refund the item price plus the outbound cost of our least-expensive standard delivery (if you paid for shipping). Any supplementary delivery you chose (e.g., express) is not refunded.
Legal guarantee & your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods in the EU. European Union
EU model withdrawal form (optional)
Important — eligibility of this form: This model withdrawal form applies only to consumer purchases eligible for the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. It does not apply to fabric cut to your requested length (custom-cut) or other personalised/made-to-measure items (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). For such items, returns are available only where the goods are faulty or not as described under the statutory legal guarantee. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous email to info@beglarianfabrics.com within 14 days; we will acknowledge receipt by email. Business (B2B) orders are not covered by the consumer cooling-off right.
