Loden Wool is a traditional Austrian fulled wool. The cloth is woven then milled for density, giving a smooth, matte face with a light nap. Naturally water-repellent, warm and shape-holding, it suits outerwear that needs structure: coats, capes, vests and jackets. It is also used occasionally in interiors for upholstery or cushions where a sober, durable look is needed.
