Please add the fabrics you like to your cart on the website and confirm it. Š”omplete the data form: address, delivery method, type of packaging and payment option. Your order will be sent to the warehouse for assembling after the payment.
The minimum order amount is ā‚¬75. The minimum cut of all fabrics - 3 meters. Purchases below the established minimum are discussed individually. Min cut of accessories is individual, you can ask our account manager or check this information on the website.
As per the standards, a deviation in length of up to 3% of the total length of the cut is acceptable. Deviations greater than two meters are considered on a case-by-case basis. A cut may consist of several parts.


We allow one defect per 10 meters of fabric, as long as it does not span more than 10 cm. To be considered a defect, the fabric must have obvious flaws on its front side, at least 5-10 cm away from the edge. Examples of such flaws include spots with missing colors, prints, rips, stains, and so on.

If you receive fabrics with defects that do not meet the requirements, please contact our account manager and inform us about it. Compensation and refund issues are handled individually, we always act in the best interest of the customer.
If you want to get a refund, please contact our account manager within 14 days of receiving the order.

There are several options available for returns:
- Promo code for the next purchase (issued immediately after processing of the return).
- Bank account refund (takes up to 14 days depending on the reason for the refund).

You can return fabrics if they do not meet your expectations (for example, color, composition or some difference from the image on the website). In this case, the delivery of the shipping fee of return is at your expense. Once the fabric arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you for the refund. Transfer to a bank account can take up to 14 days.

If you received a fabric with a defect that does not meet the standards described in the section Ā«ALLOWABLE DEFECTSĀ», the shipping fee of return is at the companyā€™s expense. In case of a refund to the bank account, the transfer will be made within 3 days from the moment of the refund.
You will get an invoice when you confirm a shopping cart on our website. You need to pay 100% of the order before it is assembled in our warehouse.

The payment term is 1 hour after receiving an invoice.
There are several ways to pay:

ā€¢ PayPal (0% commission)
ā€¢ SEPA only for customers from EU (0% commission)
ā€¢ Klarna (in installments)

Important note! All prices listed on the website do not include VAT. If you are in the European Union (see list of countries below), you do not pay VAT if you have a VAT number. However, if you do not have a VAT number, you must pay VAT. If you are in France, you always pay VAT.

If you are outside the European Union, you do not pay VAT. Note that even if you do not pay VAT when purchasing fabrics, you may still be required to pay it in your country upon receipt of the imported goods from the European Union. More information
The amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) you pay depends on your country of residence within the European Union. Please see the table below for the current VAT rates applicable to your order.

We reliably pack the fabrics according to your chosen type of packaging. When orders are ready for shipping, we pass them to the delivery companies (DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.).

We operate on Ex Works terms.
If we arrange shipping to a country outside the EU, you may have to pay the customs fee directly to the customs service when your order crosses the border. The terms and amount of the customs charge depend on the country of destination. Please check the information with your local customs office before placing your order. More information
